2017 Organic Shiraz. Always made at our organic winery from our hand-picked organic fruit grown on our Swan Valley vineyards duplex soils - Basket pressed and matured in our underground cellar for 20 months before bottling. This is a Rhone style, rich classic organic red Shiraz wine, with a rich colour that is a vibrant dark purple to red and easy to drink.
The organic red wine aroma has plums, and chocolate, with a touch of vanilla, the palate of plums and berries, chocolate and a smooth finish. Very good to drink now but will continue to improve if desired with further maturation. Cellaring will be well rewarded.
