Swan Valley Gin - Organic Gin
Get your Swan Valley Gin from your local organic store today. Harris makes their gin from organic botanicals and makes the alcohol from organic grapes grown on the organic estate.
Harris Organic's special organic gin is made from organic ethanol column distilled from our certified organic grapes. This hand-made organic gin is evocative of the London dry gins. Once the organic artisanal gin has been collected it is diluted with our fresh rainwater.
Organic Gin London Dry Style
The Harris organic gin London Dry Style has refined characters: organic coriander, organic rosemary, and certified organic juniper. The current release of Harris gin is not a blend of organic gins, but a single batch. All the certified ingredients (except the juniper) are grown and harvested from our Perth organic farm estate and Swan Valley distillery. This Western Australian gin's alcohol content is 45%.
It is rare to find any Australian gin company making their gin from their estate-grown raw organic ingredients and making their neutral alcohol. Can you name any other one?
