At Harris Organic Wines Swan Valley winery, we keep back a small quantity of aged organic wine for those of you who enjoy something special in an aged vintage red wine. These are in limited quantities. If you are looking for a special gift for the organic wine connoisseur you will find it here. Aged organic red wine shiraz becomes soft smooth and elegant after years of careful cellaring.

    The first of our rare wines made and bottled on the premises. The grapes were sourced from dry-grown 55 year-old Swan Valley vines; the wine was naturally warm fermented, basket pressed and aged in American oak for 20 months, prior to bottling.
